dance and technology : film/video

I taught a project for Cheshire Dance in Summer 2003, I decided to video it, and have a go at editing it, here is the result.
The fantastic music is by Christopher Benstead he is a composer who makes music for dance and you can buy it too !! go to http://www.musicfordance.net/ he used to be a dancer and understands what kind of music is needed for teaching.
