Community
Workshops that introduce dance to young people who haven't had the opportunity
to experience different dance styles. This includes "Urban Movement " for
boys
and young men.
My success in community works stems from the relationships I build with
the young people I work with, I do not teach "at" them, I work "with" them,
I am led by what the young want to do.
All my Primary work is arranged to suit the classes I am working with
as all schools and children are obviously different.
My Literacy and Numeracy are new ways of integrating dance into the daily
curriculum, which teachers can develop easily from my ideas.
In your Arts Week I can take the theme for the week and turn it into dance
workshops.
