Dance and Technology is
Using Video, for archival purposes or performance
Using computers to influence your devising or performance of dance work.
Using CD-ROMs as a teaching, performance, or devisal tool.

There are many ways of using technology in a school or college.

I am currently using Lifeforms the computer program Merce Cunningham has been choreographing with for the last 10 years.

This is a computer program which allows the 83 year old to choreograph dances, play with tempo, phrasing, the number of the dancers, reverse dance phrases and do anything with the movement; he can add as many dancers as he likes, change the spacing all from a computer.

My dance and technology projects are suitable for Yr10, GCSE, A- Level, BTEC and University students.
